About the Edge . . .

I read this quote in one of my pages of notes:

If you aren't moving forward, then you are being left behind because society is moving at such a fast pace that it's hard to even keep up.

I really am excited about being on the Forward Edge - actually, I watch as the women around me are on the Forward Edge. They deal with people everyday who come in at the end of their rope (they think) and they deal with them kindly, gentleness, and sometimes firmness. I am glad when they feel as though they aren't doing enough because it keeps them on the compassionate side. It's easy to "harden" up in this business - you just have to say no because there isn't enough money.

But we have to remember that we may have to say "no" because OUR resources are limited but there is a God whose resources are NOT limited - and our NO is his opportunity to do wonderful things in their life.

I love to watch it happen ...it reminds me of his goodness.
