There is already a good solid community foundation of the need to help others. The churches contribute money to one "agency" and it distributes the money out to those who need it. Recently, the reponsibility for giving it out has been given to the county workers.
Meeting today about this whole change in process - lots of people who are interested in helping OTHERS.
